To better serve you, Greater Mobile Urgent Care is moving toward paperless billing. We will send electronic statement alerts to patients whom have balances or past due invoices. The reception staff will take your contact information upon check-in. Please be aware that if you receive a text message or email from us regarding your account – that it is legitimate and contains secure links. This is intended to add convenience to your Greater Mobile Urgent Care experience. We hope that this initiative will enable us to serve you better.
Note, the front desk reception staff do not send the texts or emails. The statements are sent via AdvancedMD on a timed schedule that we set for our patients.
